I replaced the main supply
caps with screw terminal
type.

I used a small section of
mil-spec PCB which has a
very think copper laminate
(2oz). The substrate
material is fiberglass
reinforced resin. It is very
tough material. Holes were
drilled for the post and
wires. The surface is tinned
with a layer of solder.

Wires were all terminated
with screw terminal rings
(crimped and soldered into
place).

All the connections were
anchored with spurred lock
washers.

You can see the by-pass
caps here that used to be
on the driver board.

Here is the original setup.
These new supply caps use screw terminals. The originals had solder lugs, but I could not find replacement caps in the
correct size with solder lugs. The use of screw terminals required some minor modifications.
